About PRL Site Solutions

PRL Site Solutions Ltd is a labour supply, site services, and construction recruitment company based in Merseyside. We operate across the UK providing services to clients in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Our workforce includes directly employed staff, contractors, and agency labour. We engage a supply chain of approximately 300 suppliers and subcontractors across the UK.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes:

• Labour supply and staffing agencies
• Plant hire and equipment suppliers
• Materials and consumables suppliers
• Specialist subcontractors

We recognise that the construction, facilities management, and labour supply sectors carry elevated risk of modern slavery and forced labour, particularly within sub-contracted and agency workforces. We take this seriously and apply appropriate scrutiny at supplier onboarding and ongoing review.

Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

We maintain the following internal policies relevant to modern slavery:

• Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy — sets out our zero-tolerance position and the responsibilities of staff and management
• Recruitment and Right to Work Policy — ensures we verify the identity and legal right to work of all individuals engaged by PRL
• Whistleblowing Policy — provides a confidential route for staff or suppliers to raise concerns without fear of reprisal
• Supplier Code of Conduct — sets minimum ethical standards expected of all supply chain partners
