Our Commitment

PRL Site Solutions Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business operations and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure these practices have no place in our business or supply chain.

This statement is made in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to identify, assess, and address the risk of modern slavery across our operations.

About PRL Site Solutions

PRL Site Solutions Ltd is a labour supply, site services, and construction recruitment company based in Merseyside. We operate across the UK providing services to clients in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Our workforce includes directly employed staff, contractors, and agency labour. We engage a supply chain of approximately 300 suppliers and subcontractors across the UK.

Copies of these policies are available on request from our management team.

Due Diligence Processes

To identify and address risk, PRL Site Solutions takes the following steps:

  • Conducting supplier checks and pre-qualification assessments prior to engagement
  • Requiring all labour supply agencies to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and Employment Agencies Act
  • Verifying right-to-work documentation for all directly engaged workers
  • Including anti-slavery obligations in supplier and subcontractor contracts
  • Reviewing agency payroll arrangements to ensure workers are paid correctly and not subject to excessive deductions
  • Maintaining visibility of accommodation arrangements where PRL is involved in housing arrangements for workers

Risk Assessment

We have assessed our highest risk areas as:

Elevated Risk Areas

  • Agency and subcontracted labour, particularly on large or multi-site projects
  • Supply chains involving overseas sourcing
  • Cash-in-hand or informal labour arrangements

We actively work to identify and eliminate any such arrangements from our operations.
