Supplying Liverpool and nearby
Liverpool sites ask for the same things we already supply: labourers and groundworkers, banksmen, electricians, welders, steel fixers, and CPCS or NPORS operators. We are based in Prenton, a short run through the tunnel, and the office line is 0800 772 3959, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Coverage includes the city, Bootle, Speke, Kirkby, Knowsley, Crosby and St Helens. For trackside rail work in the city region, PTS, COSS and Engineering Supervisor staff are deployed under your Sentinel sponsorship or a partner’s. PRL is not a Sentinel sponsor. Off-track rail civils, stations and depots we supply in the usual way.
Our published large-scale job nearby is Protos Energy Park at Ince Marsh, Cheshire: more than 420 workers placed for Metlen since March 2026, across electrical, labour, fire watch, plant, mechanical and supervision. Liverpool orders use that same PRISM checking process.

What Liverpool sites usually ask for
City, docks and Speke
Fit-out trades, labourers and banksmen in the city and on the dock estate. Speke, Kirkby and Knowsley are more industrial: electricians, fitters and plant.
From the office
CH43 9RS is on the Birkenhead side of the Mersey tunnels, about 7 miles from Liverpool city centre. Bootle and Crosby are the same run.

Trackside staff need a current PTS card on Sentinel and are deployed under your sponsorship or a partner’s. PRL is not a Sentinel sponsor.

On site, and we stay involved
We appoint a project manager to each customer's site and visit regularly to check our workforce are OK and being treated properly. Timesheets and documents run through our PRISM app.
